He served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict.

He is survived by his wife, Aiko Williams, two sons, Timothy and Larry Williams, one daughter, Sheila Williams, all of Havelock; one brother, Thomas Williams of Salisbury, MD; and six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
