Joel Gray Mullins

IN THE CARE OF
Joel Gray Mullins, 80, of New Bern, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Joel was born on August 9, 1943 in Clintwood, Virginia to late Newton and Lura Mullins.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years Linda Mullins, son Brian Mullins, daughter Kristi Mullins (Frank), granddaughter Madelyn "Mattie" Frank, and five brothers and sister.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for the spring of 2024 in Clintwood, Virginia.
