Capt. U.S. Marine Corp. John L. Tidwell Retired, 75, of Havelock, died Friday January 27, 2012 at his residence.
He served his country as a proud United States Marine.
John is survived by his wife Cynthia Tidwell of Havelock; two brothers, James Tidwell of Cocoa FL, and Frank Tidwell of Tuscaloosa AL, and one Sister Thelma Dickerson of Wesloco TX.
A private Interment will be held at Costal Carolina State Veteran Cemetery in Jacksonville NC
