He served our country in the U.S. Air Force and he was a member of Emmanuel Fellowship Holiness Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Waters, two sons, Ronald Waters of Spring Hope; John K. Waters, Jr. of Altus, OK; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 6, 2012 at Cotten Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm Saturday, January 5, 2012 at Cotten.
