He was a United States Navy Veteran serving in the Vietnam War and a former Craven County employee.
He is survived by his sister June H. Banks of Morehead City.
Graveside service will be 4:00 pm Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Heath Family Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Cotten Funeral Home.
