Joyce Rolison Fornes, 75, of Mebane, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022. Joyce was born November 15,1946 in Morehead City, North Carolina to the late Herbert Rolison and Mary Trevathan Rolison.
She is survived by her three children, James Fornes III (Melinda) of Mebane, NC, Jeffrey Fornes (Adrienne) of Greenville, NC, and Priscilla Wayman of New Bern, NC, sister Esther Hardison of New Bern, NC, five grandchildren, Lyndsay, Allison, and Ryan Fornes and Emma and Joseph Wayman, one great-grandchild, Ace, and predeceased by granddaughter Mary Wayman.
A graveside service for Joyce will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM at New Bern Memorial Cemetery, 1112 Chelsea Road, New Bern, North Carolina 28562.
