She is survived by her two daughters. Dawn Epps of Rock Hill. SC. and Tracey Halder of New Bern, NC. Son-In-Law Mike Halder. Her grandchildren Kaili, Gavin, and Aaron Halder.
A Celebration of Life for Judy will be held Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Latitude Church 1732 Racetrack Rd., New Bern, NC 28560.
To celebrate her life, and her love of serving God, in lieu of flowers she would love nothing more than to have donations made to her favorite place to worship, Latitude Church, to further the kingdom of God.
