Kyler was kind and funny. The only time I ever really seen him not energetic was when I needed him to teach one of my early morning classes. He came in with his hair a mess and had a ‘ it’s too early’ look. He looked at me after clocking in and said, ‘I don’t know how you do this, I need coffee.’ After the class he seemed to be more awake and smiled at me saying he was off to take a nap. Lol. Even in the morning grumpiness he kept a smile and joke. You will be missed my friend. Thank you for all the laughs and smiles. You will be truly missed.

I will always remember you had the best smile, and the way you could change the mood in the room with your goofy humor. Even in our teens, you had a genuine heart that radiated through. ♥️

This guy was a HOOT (I had to capitalize that!). CHS was a blast. School was never dull when you were around bud. Wish I was in North Carolina to send my condolences in person. Didn't know you as well as others but I know you made an impact in a positive way! I will miss you... But always REMEMBER YOU!

Bucky was always such a great guy and it was a true honor to have served with him. Always the life of the party and never seemed to meet a stranger. I will always treasure my memories with him and am heartbroken with this. He will truly be missed by everyone that's ever got to know him for sure. Love ya brother.

I did not know Mr. Buckner, but I was honored to teach his son, Kamden. Kamden is an amazing boy. He is friendly, witty, adorable, and intelligent. I am sure that some of these qualities were inherited from his dad. Someone that has a son as wonderful as Kamden has to be special himself. I am deeply sorry for this families’ loss. I will be praying for everyone that loved Mr. Buckner.
