Marti Bannister

Marti loved the Lord and served Him in many ministries at Temple Baptist Church. When not serving at church, Marti enjoyed painting, sewing, and working on stained glass with her dad. She had a love for shoes and enjoyed shopping for a bargain with her family and friends. Marti had a smile that could light up a room. All who knew and loved Marti will greatly miss her.

She is survived by her soulmate of 36 years, Al Bannister; parents, Bill and Kathy Wishon; brother, Michael Wishon and wife, Candace; niece, Jaime Wishon; and many loving family and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021 from 5:00-6:00 PM at Temple Baptist Church. A Celebration of Marti's Life will follow at 6:00 PM with Dr. Jim Pennington and Rev. Darrell Radford officiating the service.
