Mary Ellen Tomas

Mary Ellen Tomas, 76, of Pollocksville, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. She was born September 27, 1947, to the late William and Irma Stevenson. She was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Mary is survived by her children Kevin Tomas & Jennifer Tomas; granddaughter Layla Tomas; sisters, Juanita Tomson, Diann Bellisimo, & Stephanie Tomlinson; brother, Michael Stevenson; brother-in-law, Brian Tomas; sister-in-law, Pauline Tomas; & many loving family and lifelong friends.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Gregory Tomas, and grandson, Joshua Pace.

The family will receive family & friends on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1207 Forest Drive, New Bern at 11am for the Memorial Service. Interment will be private at a later time at Greenleaf Memorial Park in New Bern. Those wishing to send flowers & arrangements may send them to the Church at the above address.
