Matthew spent 26 years proudly serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. At his first duty station in Virginia Beach, Va Matthew met his bride and they spent 31 loving years together.
Matthew is survived by his beloved wife Michelle, his son Brandon, his daughter Catilyn, his best pal and grandson Nathan, his parents Jane and George Love, his sister Michelle Dermer, her husband Rich and their son Sammy.
