She is survived by her husband of 67 years, John K. France, Jr.; her daughter, Denise Hulek (Wayne); her son, Kevin France (Joanne); and three grandchildren, Ashley Hulek, Brian France, and Dereck France.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Cotten Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow the service at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
