Nelson Leo Collins

Mr. Collins served in the United States Navy and Army as a Paratrooper.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paris & Rebecca Collins, daughter-in-law Teri Collins, brother

Dana Collins and a grandson Cameron Collins.

He is survived by his wife Beverly Collins; two sons Johnny Collins of Rock Hill, SC and Glen Collins of

Marmet, WV; two daughters Brenda Collins of South Charleston, WV and Heather Boggess (Adam) of

Whitwell, TN; brother Ronald Collins (Joyce) of Conover, NC; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel with

the Reverend Bud Morton officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2014.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 930 B. Wellness Drive,

Greenville, NC 27834.
