Leaving behind to honor Mr. Norman are his loving wife, Jan Penner; son, Scott and JoAnn Penner; daughters, Danielle and Gil Urap, Deborah and Al Lima, Doreen Tucker; and many grandchildren. Also, Norm’s loving brother, Terry and Michele Penner.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on November 2, 2024, at Centenary Methodist Church, 309 New Street, New Bern, NC 28560.
The family request that memorial contributions be made to the Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County at 3104 Avenue J, Fort Pierce, FL 34947 or Craven County Health Department Foundation Hospice at PO Drawer 12610, New Bern, NC 28561.
