She is survived by her father, John Dowe of Havelock, her sisters, Jane Harper and Diana Dowe of Havelock, Dotty Joyner of Newport, and her nieces and nephew, Katherine Harper of Farmville, Rebecca Harper of Havelock and David Joyner of Tennessee.
