Paul Lloyd Ingram, Sr., 69, of New Bern, passed away on Thursday, November 15th, 2018. Before retirement, Paul had a passion for automobiles and was a successful owner/operator of automotive and wrecker services. He enjoyed antique cars, car shows, and Nascar racing. Paul also had a love of nature. He spent a lot of time fishing, camping, and being at the beach with his family. Paul will be remembered for his flirtatious nature, unbuttoned shirt, and contagious smile.
He is survived by three children, Joey Ingram (Anita) of Atkinson, Tracy Savakinus of New Bern, and Paul Ingram, Jr. (Sarah) of Trenton; sister, Trudy Williams; sisters-in-law, Linda Ingram and Liza Ingram; eleven grandchildren, Amber, Bethanny, Josey, Jake, Stephanie, Samantha, Alex, Bryson, Emma, Erin, and Evan; and two great grandchildren, Adam and Addison. Sadly, he was preceded in death by his parents, Louis, Sr. and Maybell Ingram; and two brothers, Louis Ingram, Jr. and Bruce Ingram.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 20th at Cotten Funeral Home, followed by a service in the Chapel, beginning at 3 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations to help with the funeral expenses.
