Paul Houston Means, 72, of Havelock, passed away February 23, 2017.
Paul was born in Charleston, WV and served in the U.S. Airforce and he retired from NADEP as an Aircraft Mechanic. In his spare time he a perfectionist at detailing cars.
He is survived by his wife Frances and two sisters, Patricia Steele of Goldsboro, and Janice Curry of Charleston, WV.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2017 at Cotten Funeral Home.
