Richard "Richie" Londo Avellino II

Richie enjoyed collecting baseball, football, and basketball cards. He also enjoyed working out, playing poker, handball, and shooting pool. When Richie was not enjoying a few of his favorite hobbies, he would spend time reading the Bible and studying God's Word.

He is survived by his loving wife, Monica Avellino; son, Richard Londo Avellino III; soon to be daughter, Addeline Lee Avellino; parents, Richard and Sharon Avellino; sister, Vanessa Avellino and many loving family members and friends.

The family will receive visitors from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, April 3, 2023, at Cotten Funeral Home. A Celebration of Richie's Life will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Cotten Funeral Home. Following the service, Richie will be laid to rest at the Hartley Rowe Cemetery in Bridgeton, NC. A reception will be held at 103 Trent Villa Landing Dr., New Bern, NC 28562, following the burial for family and friends.
