Richard is survived by his wife, Geneva and children, Denise, Richard Jr., Crystal and David. Richard is predeceased by his son, Daniel.
A graveside service for Richard will be held Friday, October 11, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
