I remember when I was just a little kid I would stand at the front door of my house and wait for uncle bobby to come home. When he got home I would jump up and down and then run outside to him. Uncle Bobby was always there for me no matter what the situation was, what time of night it was, anything. He would always say “ally boo it’s gonna be okay, your uncle bobby loves you”. I remember when I lost one of my first tooth’s at his house, I slid down the steps from the snow and all he could do was laugh. He was such an amazing uncle. This is going to be hard, but I’m going to be strong bc I know he wouldn’t want me to be sad. I love you uncle bobby. I’m going to make you proud, I promise I will. I won’t let you down.. 

Bobby would always come into the store and get his usual.  It was always a large dark roast coffee, a pack of cigaretts, 2 diet mountain dews, and sometimes a lottery ticket. He would always ask me what number a certain ticket was on. It was usually just me and him in the store, we would usually talk straight to one another. Jokingly of course. He would talk to me often about my brother Ralph. He told me you know We think of you and Ralph as part of our family. Your brother loves you and worries about you so much. I said I know he does. Bobby comforted me a few weeks ago, when I first found out about my brother Ralph. He told me this. Your brother is a strong man. He will make it through this Joy Baby, you have me, if you ever need me. I told him I know I do. I cried even harder. He said I love you joy baby. I said I love you too Bobby baby. I gave him a big hug, and I thanked him. Every time he would ride by our store , coming and going he would beep his horn. I knew the sound of his horn. Bobby had a big heart, a loving heart. He loved his family and friends with all of his heart. I know he's an Angel in Heaven, because he was an Angel on earth. Bobby baby im gonna miss you, you are in a better place now. Open your wings and fly high brother. Soar through the heavens and fly free. Don't worry about us, we will be fine. Rest in peace, my friend.

My fondes memory of Bobby was when we lived in Florida watching the smile on his face, laughing as his Father Wayne Watson would put Bobby in the driver seat of his Mack truck at Jesse Quick's lot teaching him to drive. Bobby was scared but never acted out, he took driving as a hobby and the job come 2 nd.After that day Bobby would smile when he was ask to move a truck, These past few years getting to know Bobby as a adult sharing pictures and talking on the phone warmed our heart so, Bobby had a heart of gold. I will miss you, our talks and sharing pictures, sending my love to heaven , from Aunt Debra 

I remember growing up how he spent time with his daughter that wasn’t named in the obituary, Candy Mckeown Long. I remember him being at the house and all the jokes and fun times we had. He will be missed.
