Roseina Carol Radford, 62 of New Bern, died April 4, 2012 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
She attended Lowland Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by her son William “Willie” McNeely and wife Susan, one daughter, Tammy Martinez and husband Cirilo, all of New Bern; two sisters, Rena Swaringen of New Bern; Rebecca Cordova of Goldsboro; seven grandchildren, Tyler and Sarah McNeely, Mikela Ortiz, Victoria, Juan, Selena and Jayla Martinez, and one great-grandson, Christopher Linares.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Cotten Chapel. The family will receive friends at the home of Willie McNeely, 1400 Stallings Parkway, New Bern, NC.
