Leaving behind to honor and cherish Ruthie's life and legacy are her children, son George Maness; daughters Susan Seigler (Kenny) and Nancy Obraske; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Ruthie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Bernice Maness; son James Maness; and grandson Billy Seigler.
Ruthie loved gardening, sewing, and other handcrafts, most of which she learned from her mother and grandmother. More than anything she loved her family and will be greatly missed.
