She was born Wednesday, April 7, 1937 in Jersey City, NJ to the late Andrew H. Miller and late Elizabeth M. (Rodger) Miller. She is survived by her brother, Andrew Miller, and wife, Lorraine, of Dennis, MA; and sister, Mona Walko of Victoria, TX; Five children; Vicki Pratt and husband, David, of Centerville, MA; Sally Bernardes of New Bern, NC; Richard Langenbach and wife, Flo, of LeNoir City, TN; Amy Chipman and husband, Billy Smith, of South Yarmouth, MA; and David Langenbach and wife, Shannon, of LeNoir City, TN; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces, and nephews; 3 dogs; Talulah, Mr. Higgins, and Olivia; and one cat; Cinders.
Sally attended Lincoln High School in Jersey City, NJ. She was a member of the Eastern Star Fraternity. Later, she worked for Stanley Home as a products representative; she cooked some yummy food in the kitchen at Mt. Snow; then she adventured to and retired from Old Tavern Inn (Grafton, VT) where she worked in customer services and worked her way up to manager.
While having a great love for animals, Sally bred Rottweilers and English Mastiffs. She became the Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, and President for Pals for Paws in New Bern, NC. Sally's love for animals continued as she began dog sitting. When Sally was not dedicating her time to animals, she enjoyed bowling; and when she lived in Vermont, she enjoyed hunting.
Sally spent her life in Jersey City, NJ; Cape Cod, VT; and New Bern, NC.
