Shellie Stewart Padrick, 80, of New Bern, died April 24, 2013 at home. Shellie was an avid hunter/sportsman and loved the outdoors. He was member of Croatan Free Will Baptist Church, Breath Of God International, the Civil Air Patrol, the National Rifle Association, and National Superintendent Association. He is survived by his wife, Cookie, one son, Jeffrey Padrick of New Bern; three daughters, Amy Tomei of Flowery Br., GA; Kristine Cochran of New Bern; Patsy Creighton of Chapel Hill; three brothers, Gene C. Padrick of Whiteville; Edwin L. Padrick of Fayetteville; Larry D. Padrick of Jacksonville; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the Padrick home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Colonial Capital Humane Society P.O.
