Stephen Charles Foley, 72, of New Bern, died on February 10, 2016 at Snug Harbor of Nelson Bay Sea Level.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie Foley.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 20 at Old St. Paul’s Catholic Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
