She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. She retired from the Department of the Army as a Documentation Systems Analyst.
Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Hug.
She is survived by her sons: William E. Hug and Gary Hug and his wife, Nancy all of New Bern; daughter, Eileen Hug of New Bern and one granddaughter, Katharine T. Hug.
A funeral mass will be held Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Old St. Paul Catholic Church on Middle Street. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Cotten Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church Building Fund, 3005 Country Club Road, New Bern, NC 28562.
