She is predeceased by her husband Edward Earl Horne.
She is survived by her son E. Frank Horne (Shirley); grandchildren J. Frank Horne (Chris) and Randy S. Horne; great-grandchildren Caroline, Christine and Katie Horne.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at New Bern Memorial.
