Violet Marie Anderson

Violet was a cherished member of Pollocksville Baptist Church and played an active role in her community. She owned and operated her own cleaning business for many years, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Beyond her career, Violet had a passion for bowling,puzzles,reading scriptures and inspirational books.She overcame several bouts with cancer.

She was preceded in death by other family members, but she leaves behind a loving legacy. Violet is survived by her sons, Tony Battle (Christy) and Michael Battle; her brother, Donald Eubanks; her sister, Joyce Lee; her beloved grandchildren, Walker and Kyle; and seven great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry her memory with them.

A memorial service to celebrate Violet’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Pollocksville Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pollocksville Baptist Church to honor her memory.
