He was born on May 24, 1915 to the late Claude and Gladys G. Runner. He retired from General Electric as a Jet Engine Field Service Manager.
He is survived by his brother Meridith Runner of N. Manchester, IN; and his sister, Caryl Cooper of Schenectady, NY.
