

Born to Mr. Wayne Watts and Mrs. Teresa Buracker in Giles County, VA on November 4, 1985, Wesley was a man of great curiosity and diligence, who taught himself many skills and was known for his relentless pursuit of knowledge. He displayed a remarkable dedication to his craft as a welder, seeking perfection and continually striving to expand his expertise. Beyond his vocational achievements, Wesley's love for his family was profound, especially his adoration and pure love for his cherished daughter and his steadfast faith in God.
In his personal life, Wesley enjoyed the thrill of skydiving, fervently supported Duke sports, and nurtured a deep-seated passion for sailing. He invested considerable time into studying sailboat design with the goal of constructing his own vessel. Moreover, he found great pleasure in hunting and fishing, activities that fostered a special connection with his father and cultivated treasured memories.
Mourning his loss are his beloved daughter, Sadrean Watts, his father Wayne Watts, his mother Teresa Buracker, and his siblings Dustin Rea, Abbie Buracker, Will Adkins, and Kalyn Sanders.
Preceding him in death were his cherished grandparents, his sister Lindsey Kellison, and his brother Benjamin Puryear.
Family and friends and those whose lives Wesley touched are invited to Temple Baptist Church, 1500 Kingdom Way, New Bern, NC on the 28th of March, 2026 at 12:00 noon, to commemorate and honor a life well-lived.
Wesley's spirit and virtues will be carried forward by the many lives he lovingly influenced. His passage leaves an indelible imprint on the hearts of all who knew him.
