Leaving behind to honor and cherish Bill's life and legacy are his four daughters, Shirley C. Tyndall of New Bern; Betty C. Davis of Sanford; Connie C. Hill and husband Dan of New Bern; Billie Jean C. Woolard and husband Billy of New Bern; one son, Thomas Crawford and wife Ann of New Bern; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren; and many loving family members and close friends.
Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie R. Crawford; sons-in-law, Ray Tyndall and Wayne Davis; and grandson, William Tyndall.
The family will receive visitors from 12:00-1:00 pm on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Cotten Funeral Home. A celebration of life will begin at 1:00 pm. Following the service, Bill will be laid to rest beside his wife at Cedar Grove.
