

Born in Philadelphia, PA, his family moved to Washington, D.C. in 1929. Bill was an Air Force Veteran. He was stationed at Yakota Air Force Base with the 5th Air Force 9th reconnaissance Photo Squadron. After serving in the Air Force, Bill relocated to Redondo Beach, CA, where he was in Real Estate sales. He moved back to the D.C. area in 1974 and continued his career in sales until retirement in 1989. He and his wife, Sue, moved to River Bend in 1992. Bill was an avid sports fan and loved all types of music. Dixieland Jazz was his favorite. His legacy to humanity is to have a sense of humor, laugh a lot and be honest.
Bill is survived by his devoted and loving wife Sue, son, William G. Regan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Stepson, Terry Lee Myers of Dunbar, WV, Stepdaughter, Mona Lisa Moore of Commerce GA.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm with a memorial service to follow at 7:15pm with Dr. David Salmons and Dr. Doug Case officiating at The New Bern Church of God, 1230 Colony Drive, New Bern, NC.
