William “Billy” Andrew Thomas, 81, of New Bern, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025. Billy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose warmth, humor, and kindness touched all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Thomas; his son, William Andrew Thomas Jr.; and his brother, Randy Thomas.
Billy’s memory will be cherished by his daughters, Jurine Hess (Charles), Laura Thomas (Amanda), and Paula Haskins; his sister, Catherine Revel (Ronnie); seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy to his life.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025, at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
