Abbey was a dear friend of mine. We saw each other weekly and bonded over humor, music, gadgets, politics, weird podcasts and being kind. She was so determined and worked harder than anyone I’ve met. She would help anyone with anything even if they didn’t ask. She knew how to do everything, yet she was so humble. I will try everyday to be half the person she was. I love you, Abbey! You will be missed. My condolences to Amy, the children, family and friends. 

Abbey was a familiar presence at the Crossfit gym I attend. She worked out hard! Shy and friendly, she was a sweet person and will be very missed.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Amy.  Please know that you and your children are in my thoughts.
