Betty Sue Prollock, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many passed away in her home on April 23, 2025 at the age of 68. Born in Baytown Texas, Betty Sue was a devoted wife to Bud Prollock for 47 years and a nurturing presence in the lives of her children, grandchildren and many others. Known for her beautiful smile, infectious laughter and unwavering dedication to her family. Betty Sue was a devoted Christian and active with her church, choir and childcare. She loved being adventurous, running marathons, hiking and parachuting. She had incredible construction skills, and she was a published author. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life.
Betty Sue is survived by her loving husband Bud Prollock and their two sons and loving wives, Ben and Alyssa Prollock and Brian and Abby Prollock, her 3 beautiful grandchildren, her sister Aline Henderson and many loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents Sue and Alfred Parker.
A celebration of life will be held at Zoeller Funeral home in New Braunfels on Saturday May 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tunnel of Towers foundation in memory of Betty Sue.
