Beverly, the daughter of Mehl Oran Brink and Anita Kaleta (Sellers), was born October 14, 1919, in Houston, Texas.
She grew up in Spring, Texas and graduated from Spring High School and later graduated from Durham Business College.
After moving to Center Point, Texas, in 1945, she worked for Kerr County Abstract for many years as a paralegal secretary. After retiring, she served as Justice of the Peace of Kerr County and as an accountant for Eden’s Implement. She owned and operated rental property and a water works in center Point before selling and moving to New Braunfels in 1998.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Jesse of 51 years. She is survived by her daughter Kathleen and husband Bob of New Braunfels; grandchildren Troy Moss and wife Debbie of Tulsa, OK, Melanie Warren and husband Charlie of Helotes, TX, and Dr. Melissa Moss and husband Sam Leone of Leesville, LA, and great-grandchildren Christopher and Emily Moss, Caitlyn Warren, and Kelli Leone.
Beverly was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She always put others before herself. She had a great love for reading, the outdoors, and animals especially her late poodle, Rosie.
Visitation is Tuesday, October 8, from 5-7 pm at Zoeller Funeral Home. Funeral service is at 10:00 am Wednesday at Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels. Graveside services to follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, Texas at 3:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a local animal shelter.
