Catarina F. Chavarria

Catarina was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hermenegildo Chavarria Sr.; brother, Jesus Flores; sisters, Josefa Flores, Socorro Flores Tobias , Frances Flores, and Amparo Enriquez; and niece Linda Robbins. She is survived by her daughter, Rose Mary Chavarria; sons, Hermenegildo Chavarria Jr. (Jennifer), Carlos Chavarria, and Javier Chavarria; grandchildren, Cameron Chavarria (Nicole), and Emily Chavarria; and great-grandchildren, Emersyn and Maddyn.

Catarina will always be remembered for her sense of humor and her pranks. For her inner and outer strength. She will be remembered for her witty remarks and the nicknames that she had for people. For her love of gardening and singing. Catarina adored and loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Most importantly, she will be remembered as a Godly woman and her love of praising God and for instilling that same faith into her children.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Zoeller Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Entombment will immediately follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in San Antonio, TX. A reception will follow at the New Braunfels Senior Center, 710 Landa St. New Braunfels, TX. 78130
