Canyon Lake is grieving the loss of one of our own. Terri and Bryce, our prayers go out to you during this time. Your Dale not only watched over you but took on the challenge of watching over all of us. When things needed done or changed, he didn't just talk about it, he stepped up to the plate. There is not a baseball player in Canyon Lake who has not been touched by Dale's love and generosity. There is not a person who met him who did not consider him a friend. Dale will be greatly missed by many. He didn't live a long life, but he lived the days God gave him on this earth to the fullest. He has always watched over his wife, his son, his family and his community. I know that he is watching over us all now through heaven's window. Christ be with you now and Always. The Merritt Family
