He is survived by his father, Harlan T. Howell of Cypress, Texas; brother, Marlon Randall Howell of Austin and was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Howell.
A Memorial Service will be conducted on Friday, June 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Zoeller Funeral Home chapel. It was David’s wishes to be cremated. The family has requested that memorial contributions be given to the American Lung Assn. or the Colonial Manor Care Center.
