Destany Lynn Billingsley

She is survived by father, Richard Billingsley and spouse, Chris Duffey, mother, Clarissa (Cress) Carpenter Black and spouse, Kirby Black, sister Saundra (Sandy) Billingsley Minkina, and husband, Brad Minkina, nephews, Justin and Jackson, and niece, Jessica, Grandmother, Gaynell Howard, step-sisters, Stephanie Black Culak, Michelle Herod, and Melodie O'Byrne, and step brother, Tony Lee. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, step nieces and nephews, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Ben and Ruth Billingsley, and Grandfather, Hurley Carpenter, Uncles, Paul Carpenter, Lonnie Carpenter, and Benjamin Billingsley Jr.; and Aunt Ellen Estes Billingsley.

Dusty spent the majority of her life in Texas and attended elementary school in Kirby and high school in Converse.

Dusty's favorite activity was spending time with friends and family at the Guadalupe River. She also enjoyed watching football and bullriding. Hobbies included writing poetry and creating spiritual artwork.

Memorial Service to be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels.
