Domingo was born in Yoakum, Texas, on February 12, 1961. He attended beauty college in Kerrville and became a licensed cosmetologist, but he was best known for his skilled work as a drywall contractor—a trade in which he took great pride and built a strong reputation.
Domingo lived life with unmistakable passion. He loved dancing, country music, and firing up the barbecue pit. His sense of humor could fill a room, and his laughter was unforgettable. Though he had a temper at times, it was always outweighed by his generous spirit and good heart. Those who knew him understood that beneath every joke, every story, and every lively moment was a man who cared deeply for his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Lucia Dominguez; his sister Nancy Martinez and her husband, Samuel; his brother Michael Dominguez; his sister Debbie Dominguez; his sister Lisa Trevino and her fiancé, Rolando; his sister Karen Worden and her husband, Ryan; his brother Abel Dominguez, His sister, Mona Castilleja, and his brother, Felix Rosales Jr. He is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews, numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, and more cousins than can be counted—each one loved by him, and each one loving him in return.
He is preceded in death by his father, Domingo Dominguez Sr., his brother, Danny Dominguez, his sister, Marilyn Barger.
