Edith was truly the most loving woman to ever grace our lives. She was a strong woman of faith and to her, family was not just a part of life—it was her greatest blessing and her entire world. She was the absolute light of our lives, guiding us with her unwavering warmth, boundless generosity, and gentle spirit.
An extraordinary matriarch, Edith was a very loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and a cherished friend to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love spans generations, and the lessons she taught us will live on in our hearts forever.
She had a love for basketball especially the San Antonio Spurs. She enjoyed watching many games on TV with loved ones around her. One of the ways Edith expressed her immense love was through her passion for cooking. She loved to cook for everyone, and her kitchen was always a place of comfort, laughter, and gathering. No one ever left her table hungry, and her meals were always prepared with love.
She will be deeply missed and her light will shine on forever.
