

Elias was born on August 18, 1956 to Joaquina (Jackie) Lennon in New Braunfels, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of New Braunfels.
After graduating from New Braunfels High School in 1975, he found an interest in carpentry. It turned out to be his lifelong trade, and through the years, he worked with several building contractors in the New Braunfels area.
The saw and the hammer were the tools of his trade and the past few years he enjoyed working on restoration of old homes and businesses in New Braunfels. One of his favorite restoration projects was the Art League Building in downtown New Braunfels.
He is survived by his brothers, Guillermo (wife Toni) Moreno from Washington, and in New Braunfels he is survived by Juan M. Medrano, and his sister Irene Medrano, and Maurice Lennon from San Antonio. Elias is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
In addition, he is survived by many friends because he was a man with a kind heart and made friends easily.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Espiridion and Soledad Zuniga and his mother Joaquina Lennon.
There will be a viewing at Zoeller Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 5:00 PM and will continue until 9:00 with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Zoeller Funeral Home with burial to follow in Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Our beloved brother will be greatly missed by many family and friends.
