Frances Jackquline Zerr Cox passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, peacefully in her home at the age of 87 in New Braunfels, TX. She was born in Ingleside, TX on September 3, 1938 to Jack and Frances (Chism) Zerr. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Barbara Zerr Burkett.
Frances (Jackie) was survived by her children, daughter Leslie Wilkinson and husband Rick; son John Cox and wife Linda; son Guy Cox; and son Joel Cox and wife Tanya. Jackie was also survived by thirteen grandchildren, Melissa Thibodeaux, Brad Wilkinson, Brannon Wilkinson, Dustyn Cox, Blayse Cox, Selynda Grimsley, Mason Grimsley, Jadon Grimsley, Zach Boyers, Taylor Cox, Samuel Cox, Austin Cox, and Hayden Cox; and twelve great-grandchildren, Jay, Nathanael, Barrett, Hunter, Grace, Kinsley, McKinley, Karter, Hayden, Ava, Ayden, and Ellianne.
A private Celebration of Life will be held for Jackie on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The family would like to thank Hope Hospice for their services as well as the caring support they provided Jackie and the family during this time.
