Funeral arrangements are complete at Zoeller Funeral Home for Francisco Javier De La Cerda. He was born February 25, 1958 in Nueva Rosita, Coah. Mex. He departed this World to be with the Lord on May 26, 2012 at the age of 54. His parents were Francisco and Juanita (Gonzalez) De La Cerda. He is survived by his wife, Martha Contreras; 3 daughters Christina Gonzales and husband Victor, Angelica and Amanda De La Cerda and their mother Gracie (Chela) De La Cerda; son Francisco De La Cerda; 3 brothers Francisco and wife Gloria, Ricardo and wife Lupe; Carlos and wife Esmeralda De La Cerda and 2 sisters, Gloria Caballero and husband Fabian and Rosa Lara and husband Tony; 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Francisco had been a New Braunfels resident since 1972. Public visitation will begin 1:00 PM Wednesday at Zoeller Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM.
