Gwendolyn L. Clark Maiers

She was preceded in death by her parents Earl C. Clark and mother, Maude Carroll Clark of Seaman, Ohio, in addition to husband Robert C. Leezer, of Deer Park, Texas and second husband Leo N. Maiers, of New Braunfels, Texas.

She is survived by son Robert C. Leezer of Tarpley, Texas, daughter Melanie S. Leezer of New Braunfels, Texas, son John D. Leezer (wife Carole) of New Braunfels, Texas, sister Sheila Burgess (husband Richard) of Winchester, Ohio, grandchildren Kelli Diaz, Katie Albrecht (husband Michael), Jessica Hille (husband Ryan), Megan Newell, Jason Leezer (wife Kristina), Emily Leezer, and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at the Zoeller Funeral Home, 615 Landa Street, New Braunfels, Texas, on Friday, February 11, 2011 from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Zoeller Chapel. Interment will be at Comal Cemetery in New Braunfels.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Michael J. Fox foundation for Parkinson’s research.
