Irene was born on September 1, 1932 to John and Bernadine Rice and graduated from Manteno Township High School in 1950. She moved to Colorado in 1952 and married her first husband, John L. Baldride on May 5, 1955. John passed away on May 18, 1994. She married Charles Czarny, Sr. on June 23, 2000 and he passed away on August 7, 2008.
She is survived by two daughters, Gail Thompson and husband Michael and Jan Ford and husband Troy; grandchildren, Jessica and Megan Thompson , Ashley Woolsey and husband Robert, Nichole Bell and husband Steven and Michelle Bieker; one great-granddaughter, Alexandra and sister, Ruth Bunzel of Coal City, Illinois.
A Memorial Service will be conducted on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the Zoeller Funeral Home. The family has requested that memorial contributions be given to the charity of one’s choice.
