James C. Brown, 90, of New Braunfels, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Kirwood Manor in New Braunfels. He was born to Luther Brown and Lela Duncan Brown in Richland Springs, Texas on May 23, 1924. He is survived by sons, Lee Brown and wife Sylvia of New Braunfels and Ronnie Brown and wife Margaret of New Braunfels; grandson, Andy Brown and wife Marla; granddaughter, Mena Martinez and husband Michael; six grandchildren; one brother, Royce D. Brown. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Wanda; and siblings.
Public Visitation will begin 5:00 PM Sunday at Zoeller Funeral Home and will continue until 8:00 PM. A Chapel Service will be held 10:00 AM Monday, June 23, 2014 at Zoeller Funeral Home with Reverend Don Somerville officiating. Burial will follow in Comal Cemetery.
