John proudly served his country for 30 years in the U.S. Air Force and retired as Chief Master Sergeant.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Anderson; sister, Margie Fergus (Steve); children, Deborah Griffin (Rick), John M. Anderson (Carrie), and Floyd Terry (Janice); grandchildren, Jenny Pritchett, Monika Chavez, and Erik Anderson; and great grandchildren, Eric Pritchett, Aubrey Goerndt, and Levi Goerndt. John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Emma Anderson; and daughter, Deborah Chavez and grand baby, Elizabeth Chavez.
John will be laid to rest at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX.
