He and Cara perfected the art of at-home peace and relaxation. Cara gave Steve the gift of living his life to the fullest by embracing his passion for living large.
Steve’s greatest legacy lies with his children. It gave him immense joy to know that they had grown into confident, purposeful and loving individuals. He was a devoted, warmhearted father who adored his children. He shared his passion for music and guitar and was an inspiration to Cory in so many ways. Steve was Rheanna’s hero and she embraced his “silly” like no other. Anna playfully shared with Steve his gift of lively debate. He gave them all the gift of total and unconditional love and acceptance.
In addition to his exceptional brilliance and stellar personality Steve enjoyed a life filled zest and relentless enthusiasm. Steve was known by his family and friends to be a sensitive soul who never ceased to entertain with his amazing and sometimes outrageous wit. He was a mesmerizing musician that delighted his family and friends with impromptu concerts with his beloved collection of guitars. He had a sweet golf swing, was a knowledgeable outdoorsman and a lifetime fisherman. He was an excellent chef and host, and enjoyed many celebrations and gatherings of family and friends. He was, and always will be “the life of the party.”
Steve had a big heart, loved deeply and will be missed by so many.
